Visit Summary — 12 March 2026
Thanks for coming in today. It was great to see how your running form has progressed since your last visit. Below is a summary of what we discussed, so you have everything in one place.
Assessment Findings
Your gait analysis showed significant improvement in midfoot loading on the left side. Cadence is up to 176 spm (from 168 at baseline), and your lateral heel strike pattern has softened considerably. The mild tibialis posterior tightness we identified last visit has improved, but there's still some work to do around ankle dorsiflexion on the right.
We've made a small adjustment to your orthotic prescription — reducing the medial wedge by 1mm on the left to reflect your improved mechanics. The updated pair will be ready for collection within 5 business days. We'll text you when they're in.
Here's what to focus on over the next four weeks:
I'd like to see you again in 4–6 weeks to reassess before your half marathon training block begins. You can book your follow-up online anytime.
If anything flares up between now and then, don't hesitate to reach out. Keep up the great work, James — the progress is real.
All the best,
Dr. Hannah Lee

We noticed it's been over six months since your last visit, and we just wanted to check in. No pressure, no hard sell — just a genuine note to say we're here if you need us.
Whether things are going great and you've simply moved on (brilliant!), or something's been niggling and you haven't gotten around to booking, your file is right where we left it. Picking up where we left off is easy.
A few reasons people come back
A tune-up. Even if you're feeling good, a check-in every 6–12 months helps us catch things early and keep you moving well.
Something new. Started a new sport? Changed jobs? New shoes? Your feet adapt to your life, and so should your care plan.
That thing that never quite went away. If a niggle from your last treatment has resurfaced, we can reassess and adjust.
We've kept a few appointments open this week and next. If the timing works, we'd love to see you again.
